A proposal for a transit-oriented development that responds to the desires of its neighbors while optimally utilizing what is currently a large surface parking lot.

Featured in this design is a reconfigured BART station, an underground parking garage, a quick service grocery store for commuters, a Montessori School, affordable housing of medium to low density, a bridging of a gap in the current Ohlone Greenway, and a reimagined Birdland community jazz club.
