A concept for an additional location of the Amy's Drive Thru vegetarian fast food chain. Envisioned as an anchor for the emerging San Luis Ranch development in San Luis Obispo, CA, the design incorporates a hydroponic community garden, vertical indoor gardens to grow a percentage of the ingredients consumed by the restaurant, a green roof that has become a defining characteristic of the chain, a food-themed playground, and solar carports where customers can order meals from their cars.
